About the Role:
In this role, you will be involved in the planning, execution, management, and delivery of infrastructure projects—from tender preparation through to project delivery. This is a diverse role requiring a mix of technical understanding, strong documentation skills, and the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.

Reporting to the Senior Works Engineer for Capital Projects, this role will involve working together with both office and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare competitive tender/bid submissions, predominantly for government RFTs.

Develop and manage document including but not limited to construction methodologies, and Gantt Chart programs (MS Project).

Complete quantity takeoffs and assist with cost estimation to support the tender/bid submission.

Assist with the setup of newly awarded projects.

Oversee and support successful bids through the delivery phase, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Manage the procurement process and ensure timely delivery of construction materials to site.

Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with both office and site teams including Accounts, Admin, People & Systems, Operations, and Site Supervisors.

About You:

Experience in preparing tenders/bids and in coordinating and managing projects after award

Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong skills using MS Project and Excel

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving project demands
