About the Role:

As a Rental Operations Agent, you’ll be involved in all aspects of our operations—from interacting with customers at the counter to preparing vehicles for their next journey. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines customer service, vehicle inspections, and cleaning duties.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcoming and assisting customers at the rental counter

Completing rental transactions, bookings, and contracts

Promoting our products and services

Inspecting vehicles for damage and cleanliness

Cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles to company standards

What We’re Looking For:

A full and valid Australian driver’s licence

Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service

Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Please note: This full-time role is not open to Working Holiday Visa or student visa holders.
