In 2020, Il Gelato relocated to new premises in the highly sought after precinct of Bayswater, in the new exciting transport hub of Perth metropolitan region.

We are a WA family-owned business, operated passionately by our co-founders, who instil family ethics and values into everything we do. We're looking for an experienced and passionate gelato maker to join our creative team at our new purpose-built headquarters in Bayswater.

Experience and Qualifications

Previous experience working as a gelato chef in a fast-paced environment is ideal. Certification in Patisserie is desirable, however relevant work experience will be considered.

Full Australian work rights are essential.
