About the Role:
Due to continued business growth, our client has an opportunity for an experienced Light Vehicle Mechanic to join their friendly and professional team at the Kingswood site.

As a senior technician, your day will be varied and filled with the more technical side of light vehicle mechanics.

Your new role will include:

• The whole range of light vehicle repairs and maintenance, right up to removing, diagnosing, repairing and and reassembling engines and head gaskets
• All mechanical repairs for diesel and petrol engines
• Using scanners to diagnose faults
• Repairing and rebuilding clutches and transmissions
• Auto electrical work (if you have experience)
• Basic computer use

About You:
We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Mechanic who is able to work full-time and also do regular paid overtime.
Our client is looking for the following key skills:

• A minimum of 2 years post-trade experience as a light vehicle mechanic
• Experience on both petrol and diesel engines
• Experience with a large variety of makes
• Cert III Light Vehicle trade qualification or equivalent
• Manual car license and the ability to drive a manual car
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
• RTA Rego Inspection Ticket (Preferred, but not essential)
