We are looking for a qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic for our Blacktown based workshop.

Workshop operates 6 days a week

Successful applicant will be able to independently work on light vehicles of all makes and models.

Responsible for the servicing light vehicles, brakes, clutch, engine and gearbox replacements.

Preferred candidates for qualified mechanic job are expected to have:

Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology

3rd or 4th year apprentice can also apply

Minimum 2 years of experience

Have your own tools.

Honest and reliable

NSW driver licence

Current NSW motor mechanic licence

Take pride in your work

Be able to work independently and as a team member

Willing to learn

Job responsibilities will include:

Log book service

Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair faults

Use diagnostic scanners, compression tester & pressure testing equipment.

Engine & transmission replacement.

Tyre replacement, wheel balancing & wheel alignment

Wheel balancing & wheel alignment

Troubleshooting

Timing belts & timing chain replacement
