Regional Technical Manager | Electronic Security
Salary: $150k-$170k + Car Allowance + Bonus + Super
Location: Darwin

About the Role
This senior technical position is responsible for leading and supporting the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of security, ICT, and networking solutions across the Northern Territory and Western Australia. You will oversee a small technical team, collaborate with management and sales, and ensure high-quality delivery of projects and service work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical operations across NT and WA
• Support pre-sales engineering and project design
• Oversee installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of systems
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service
• Drive process improvement and ensure compliance with industry and safety standards
• Manage budgets, contractors, and technical documentation

About You

• 5+ years' experience in a senior technical or engineering role within security or ICT
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience as a Senior Security Technician, Project Manager or Operations Manager (desirable)
• High-level knowledge of access control, CCTV, data, voice, and network systems
• Ability to manage teams and deliver complex projects on time
• Ability to obtain required clearances (ABF, AFP, Defence NV1)
