One of Queensland’s largest and most interesting state government departments is looking to add a part time Change Manager to their Brisbane team. You will be working on various technology, organisational, people and process driven projects.

In this role you will be working on all aspects of the project delivery process including leading and management of change management function, delivery of change strategy as well as risk identification and mitigation.

This will see you involved in:

• Leading the delivery of change initiatives
• Leading and tracking change engagement with stakeholders
• Partnering with PMO members ensuring outcomes are met
• Change communication
• Working in project / workgroups to achieve outcomes
• Oversee change communications, strategies, plans etc

To ensure the success of this project we are looking to speak with candidate's CVs that demonstrate:

• Experience in organisational IT change management
• Mix of IT, transformation and business projects
• Government experience beneficial but not mandatory
• Demonstrated experience in a change lead role
• Business transformation project experience
• High level stakeholder engagement and management

On offer to the successful candidate will be a contract role of up to 6 months with daily rates of up to $956 per day.
