About the role

Tradewind Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Casual Relief Teacher to join our team in Cranbourne North, Victoria. As a Casual Relief Teacher, you will have the opportunity to support and inspire young minds in a primary school setting, providing high-quality instruction and creating a positive learning environment.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons across a range of subject areas
• Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters student learning and development
• Adapting teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
• Providing support and guidance to students, helping them to achieve their academic and personal goals
• Collaborating with the school's teaching staff to ensure a consistent and effective approach to education
• Upholding the school's policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall success of the institution

What we're looking for

• Relevant teaching qualifications, such as a Bachelor of Education or equivalent
• Experience working as a relief teacher or in a similar role within a primary school setting
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for education
• Demonstrated understanding of the Australian Curriculum and teaching best practices
