About the Role:

As a CRT in Special Development settings, you'll work with students who have intellectual and/or multiple disabilities, providing vital support and adaptive instruction while fostering connection, safety, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Support students with personal care and communication needs, where required.
• Collaborate with ES staff and follow behaviour and learning plans.
• Build trusting relationships with students and create an inclusive classroom.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Qualifications:

• Current VIT registration and an approved Teaching Qualification.
• Two senior, education-based referees from the last 5 years.
