Full-Time Cashier – Marine Trade Supplies & Chandlery (Coomera)

We’re looking for an experienced Checkout Operator to join our friendly sales team at Marine Trade Supplies & Chandlery in Coomera. This is a busy, customer-focused role where accuracy, speed, and a great attitude make all the difference.

About the Role:

Operate our Point of Sale system efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment

Provide exceptional customer service to both retail and trade customers

Handle cash, EFTPOS, and other payment methods

Maintain a clean and organised checkout area

Assist with basic store duties when required

Work every second Saturday morning (7am–12pm)

Enjoy a flexible roster – every second Friday you finish at lunchtime!

We close over Easter, Christmas, and public holidays – a rare perk in retail!

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume cashier or checkout role

Boating & marine industry knowledge highly regarded (but not essential)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work well under pressure

Reliable, punctual, and a great team player
