Are you a plumber with more than 4 years experience?

SPS Property Services is a leading Sydney maintenance plumbing company specialising in Strata and COD clients. We are growing and looking for a skilled plumber who either has leak detection experience or is eager to develop their skills in this area. With a rich history spanning over 13 years, we take pride in delivering top-notch service to our Strata and residential COD clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team.

What We’re Offering:

$40–$45 per hour (based on experience)

Full-time role with consistent work across Sydney

Opportunity to specialise in leak detection with full support and training

Work with a supportive, professional team in a well-established company

You will be doing other tasks, not only leak detection but 70% of the time will be based around investigations/leak associated jobs

At SPS, no 2 days are the same. If you are serious about learning and diving deep into specialised plumbing where your skills and knowledge can be utilised to better develop yourself, this company is the one for you.

What you will do and things you need to qualify:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Plumber

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

You will learn to test, inspect and report on a range of water leaks/issues using a thermal camera and other equipment

Learn non-invasive burst pipe and cable locating using acoustic listening devices. We are one of the only leak detection companies to provide this advanced service in-house with complete training provided.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Have an eye for detail given the nature of leak detection

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Hold a current drivers license.

Own your own hand and basic power tools.

No criminal record (police checks will be conducted)

Australian Citizen (No Visa/Sponsorships accepted)
