Murphy's Plumbing Services is looking to hire a full time Experienced Plumber to join the team. Our main projects are currently located in the Southern Highlands, with some future projects starting in the Illawarra so a willingness to travel between the Highlands and the Coast is favorable.

We are searching for a reliable & motivated plumber who is eager to work within the civil infrastructure industry.

Required skills include:

Plumbing qualification a must!

12 months minimum experience in civil plumbing, concrete storm water, water mains and drainage

Ability to read and interpret plans

Prior industrial experience highly desirable

Excavator Statement of Attainment and Verification of Competency (desirable)

Electrofusion and Butt-welding Statement of Attainment (desirable)

Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently, without supervision if required

Duties include:

Installation and maintenance of various types of civil pipes, fittings and fixtures

Testing and inspecting plumbing systems

Ensure all work carried out adheres to the appropriate industry and safety specifications, standards and regulations

Managing excavations, including marking out works and spotting for machine operators
