Job Responsibilities:

As an automotive spray painter, your primary responsibility will be to provide mobile paint and dent repairs throughout metropolitan Adelaide efficiently without sacrificing quality. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Preparing vehicles for repairs, including sanding, masking, and priming.

Mixing and matching paint (Solvent and Water-based) to achieve the desired results.

Ensuring repairs are of great quality.

Managing your time and workload to ensure repairs are completed within reasonable time.

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace and ensuring proper care and maintenance of equipment and repairs.

Requirements:

Fully Qualified Automotive Spray Painter.

Proven experience as an automotive spray painter, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work (Minimum 2 years experience).

Hold an Australian Full Drivers license.

In-depth knowledge of automotive paint materials, techniques, and tools.

Proficient in colour mixing and matching to achieve accurate colour reproduction. Solvent and Water-based Paints).

Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.

A commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Salary : Flat hourly rate plus bonus
