The Opportunity:
Are you ready to take your career to new heights? ETS is seeking physically fit, safety-conscious individuals with a passion for the outdoors to join our team as Trainee Climbers. This is your chance to learn industry-leading climbing and rigging techniques from experienced professionals while working on the AusNet vegetation management contract.
As a Tree Climber and member of an ETS crew, your day will consist of climbing trees and using equipment to trim vegetation at heights and around powerlines. You will also work alongside another Climber and take turns acting as Safety Observer/Ground worker.

Competitive pay rates, climbing allowance ($60 per day) & 12.0% Super
Training in Tree climbing techniques and safe use of rigging and climbing equipment

About you:
Some knowledge of the vegetation/arboriculture industry desirable
Physically fit and not afraid of heights
Cert 3 in Arboriculture – highly regarded
General Construction Safety White Card – essential
Manual drivers license unrestricted and valid is essential, MR Truck license - desirable
Skills to operate chainsaws, chippers and other equipment
Highly safety conscious
Excellent teamwork skills and the confidence to interact professionally with clients and the community members.
