• Workshop-based role means you can go home every night
• Dayshift only, with every second Monday off (RDO)

The role and duties

You'll be part of a close-knit team working hands-on with a range of underground mining gear. Your tasks will include:

• Equipment rebuilds and scheduled maintenance
• Diagnosing and repairing faults across mechanical systems
• Component change-outs and upgrades
• Routine servicing and safety inspections
• Hands-on work with a mix of machinery including UG trucks, boggers, LVs, charge-up gear & more

Your value

You're a trade-qualified diesel fitter looking to take the next step in your career. Whether you're coming from civil, transport, ag, or mechanical workshops, your attitude and willingness to learn will set you apart.

• Cert III in Heavy Vehicle, Diesel, or Automotive Mechanics
• Hands-on experience with diesel-powered machinery (civil, ag, transport, or mining)
• A team-focused mindset and commitment to safety
• Open to developing new skills and learning the ropes in underground mining
• Prior mining experience is a bonus - not essential
