The Role
We are seeking a self-motivated and mature Sales Consultant to join our office-based team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building trusted client relationships, managing enquiries from first contact through to final arrangements, and delivering a seamless solution based outcome.

Key Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for client enquiries (phone, email, and in-person).

Manage predominantly warm inbound leads, while also exploring occasional soft canvassing opportunities to build new relationships.

Build strong relationships by guiding families through their options with clarity and care.

Prepare accurate quotes, explain inclusions, and manage the sales process end-to-end.

Liaise with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met at every stage.

Maintain accurate records and follow up promptly on client requests.

About You

Proven experience in sales, account management, or client services.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation.

Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.

Comfortable working in an office environment Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
