About the Role

Our Service is a family-owned and operated Centre, licensed for 40 places. We pride ourselves on our supportive and collaborative team environment, where Educators help and encourage one another to provide the best outcomes for children. We are now excited to be expanding our team and are looking for two passionate Educators to join us in full-time roles.

Room Leader – Nursery Room
We are seeking an experienced Educator to take on the role of Room Leader in our nursery room. With 8–10 children enrolled each day, this role is key in delivering high-quality education and care to our youngest learners.

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in working with infants in a nursery setting

Energetic, bubbly, and a true team player

Committed to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment

You will be supported by the Nominated Supervisor and Director to succeed in your role.

Support Educator – Toddler Room
We are also seeking an enthusiastic Educator to join our toddler room team, which caters for 10 children each day.

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in the early childhood industry

Energetic, compassionate, and eager to learn

Dedicated to working collaboratively with the team

In this role, you will be supported by the Room Leader, Nominated Supervisor, and Director.

What you'll be doing

Creating and implementing engaging lesson plans and learning activities that support the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development of children

Observing and documenting children's progress, and using this information to tailor your approach and support each child's individual needs

Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that adheres to all relevant health, safety, and childcare regulations

Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive community

Actively participating in team meetings, professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

A relevant tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education

Experience working as a Childcare Educator in a similar setting

Strong knowledge of early childhood development and the ability to design and deliver age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues

A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young children and their families

A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
