Our Amazing centre at Randwick is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join the team.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will provide leadership in delivering high quality and inclusive learning programs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing strong positive communicating skills, both verbal and written;
• The ability to warmly and professionally communicate with young children and their families;
• Creating, planning and implementing quality educational programs;
• Assisting in the daily routines and how to make them more effective during learning;
• Ensuring children are a part of a warm and stimulating environment that will support their development.

We are looking for you if you…

• Hold a Certificate III, Diploma or Advanced Diploma;
• Hold a current Working with Children's Check;
• Have a strong understanding of the Children's Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS);
• Hold a First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis Certificate (or willing to obtain);
• Are motivated, committed and be an all round team player
