Seeking a motivated and driven Senior Estimator with 7+ years of experience to join a highly respected commercial builder based in Malvern. This business delivers quality commercial projects up to $30 million, with a strong pipeline and an excellent reputation in the industry.

About the Role:

• Prepare accurate and competitive tenders for projects up to $30m
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs, cost planning, and subcontractor pricing analysis
• Collaborate with the pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure seamless handovers
• Engage subcontractors and suppliers to obtain the best value
• Work across a variety of commercial projects including education, health, community, and private developments

About You:

• Minimum 5-10 years’ estimating experience in commercial construction
• Proven success preparing tenders up to $30m
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Hungry, proactive, and a can-do attitude – someone who is driven to win work and contribute to team success
