About the role
As an External Sales Consultant at Conroy Removals, you will be responsible for converting high volume new business opportunities into customers for life. You'll be part of a highly collaborative sales team. This full-time position covers the Brisbane south, west, Logan and Gold Coast areas and is based out of our branch in Ipswich.

What you'll be doing

Contacting prospective clients and scheduling pre-move assessments.

Conducting onsite or virtual pre-move assessments.

Assist sales support with quotation preparation and presentation.

Follow up pending quotations, record detail of contact and schedule further follow up.

Conduct internal sales when not scheduling or conducting surveys or following up quotations.

Prepare and present estimates and quotations.

Presenting Conroy Removals' services and solutions to clients in a professional manner.

Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities.

Collaborating with customer service and operations to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.

What we're looking for

Proven sales experience.

Previous removals industry experience is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficient in using CRM and sales tools to manage your pipeline and potential customers.

A team player with the drive and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Valid driver's licence and ability to travel within your assigned sales territory.
