-Your Role:
As the 2IC, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure the store runs like clockwork. You'll be trusted with key responsibilities and empowered to step up when the Manager is away.

-Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day store operations and team leadership
Provide outstanding service and product knowledge to customers
Assist with inventory control, visual merchandising, and stock management
Drive sales targets and help create a dynamic in-store experience
Mentor and train junior staff, promoting a strong team culture
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and retail standards
