The Role

Our client, a federal government agency, has an exciting opportunity for an APS6 Production Coordinator to join their Digital Media team. This role supports the delivery of high-quality video and digital content across multiple platforms and channels, helping inform, educate, and engage the community. This is a 12-month Labour Hire contract with a strong likelihood of extension, offering APS6 hourly rates of $60.26 + super.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating schedules, logistics, shoots, and production resources
• Managing contractors, crews, and location access
• Liaising with business areas for briefs, reviews, and approvals
• Ensuring accessibility and consent requirements (captions, transcripts, audio description) are completed and archived
• Supporting reporting, documentation, and team processes
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes

About You

• Australian Citizenship is requirement to be eligible to work for this Federal Government Agency
• Experience coordinating video or animation production in a creative, agency, or government setting
• Strong organisational and procurement skills (scheduling, booking, raising POs, vendor management)
• Desirable: knowledge of government communications protocols, accessibility standards, Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and copyright/consent processes
