About the role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dental Receptionist/Assistant to join our dynamic team at the North Shore Dental Practice in Gordon, NSW. This is a part-time/casual opportunity to play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the smooth running of our dental practice.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and professional manner

Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently

Handling patient enquiries and providing excellent customer service

Assisting the dentists and dental hygienists as needed, including preparing treatment rooms and equipment

Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

Performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory management

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or Assistant, preferably in a similar dental practice environment

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with patients of all ages

Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail

Proficiency in using dental practice management software and standard office software

A friendly, positive, and professional demeanour with a dedication to providing high-quality patient care

A team-oriented approach and a willingness to support the broader dental team as needed
