K-6 English Tutor Job content:

Deliver engaging lessons that spark curiosity and build strong foundations in English.

Teach not only enrichment classes, but also exam-focused programs (e.g. Scholarship, Selective School, OC, AMC competition prep) where required.

Use MarsLadder AI to create a seamless after-class learning loop – guiding students from explanation to practice, feedback, and mastery.

Provide constructive feedback to parents and collaborate with the teaching team to improve lesson materials.

Actively contribute to our mentor-led training system, sharing insights and improving our hybrid teaching model.

Inspire students with positivity, patience, and energy.

K-6 English Tutor Job requirements:

Strong communication skills in English, with native-level pronunciation, and the ability to teach fully in English.

Passion for education and the ability to teach in a lively, inspiring, and student-friendly way.

Willingness to learn and integrate AI tools into teaching.

Attention to detail, professionalism, and a high standard of work.

Experience in teaching exam-focused programs (e.g. Scholarship, Selective, OC, AMC) is highly regarded.

Previous K–6 enrichment or tutoring experience preferred.

Must hold (or be able to obtain) a Working With Children Check (Employee type).

Availability to teach weekend classes.

Y7-Y12 English Tutor Job content:

Design and deliver engaging lessons for senior students, covering VCE, HSC, or IB English.

Integrate MarsLadder AI into the learning process – using its data insights to personalise feedback, track progress, and prepare students for exams.

Contribute to the development of teaching materials including notes, tests, and practice resources.

Work closely with students and parents to build confidence and academic strategy.

Participate in internal training, research, and mentor programs, helping improve teaching quality across campuses.

Inspire students not just to study, but to love learning and aim higher.

Y7-Y12 English Tutor Job requirements:

Strong academic background – experience with VCE, HSC, or IB curriculum (ATAR high achiever strongly preferred). Responsible for teaching English to students in Years 7–12, with a focus on VCE or HSC English for Year 11–12 students.

Experience in English tutoring or teaching senior-level students is essential.

Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and engagingly in English.

Confidence in using AI-powered teaching tools (training provided).

Excellent teamwork and communication skills – willing to share insights with the lecturer team.

Must hold (or be able to obtain) a Working With Children Check (Employee type).

Weekend availability for senior classes.

Initial Phone Call – We will contact shortlisted candidates for a brief phone conversation to understand your background, subject expertise, and availability.

Demo Assignment – You will receive an email with Demo instructions (prepare a 10–15 minute teaching video)

Demo Video Submission – Record and submit your 10–15 minute demo video for evaluation.

Panel Review – All of our full-time lecturers will review your demo to assess your teaching style, clarity, and engagement. Only candidates who pass this stage will move forward.

On-Site Interview & Trial Lesson – Selected candidates will be invited for a 30-minute on-site trial lesson, where we evaluate your live teaching ability and classroom presence.

Final Evaluation & Offer – Successful candidates will receive an official offer to join Realus Education as part of our tutor team.
