The Role:

This role is varied and will include end-to-end Payroll in addition to supporting the HR manager with general HR administration.

You need to be confident in processing and managing payroll for 140 employees on both a weekly and monthly cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing weekly and monthly payroll for up to 140 employees.

Supporting HR with award interpretation, employment contracts, on boarding and off boarding and general HR administration.

Managing all month-end tasks, including reconciliations, PAYG, superannuation and payroll tax.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following attributes:

At least 2 years of Australian experience in payroll and HR functions

High competency in MS Excel and general computer skills

Proven ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment

Demonstrated multi-tasking and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills

This is a full-time, on-site role that offers flexibility in both start and finish times, allowing for a more adaptable work schedule
