About the role
The Quality Improvement Coordinator (QIC) plays a key role by championing a strong culture of continuous improvement activities through the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance programs ensuring compliance against the NDIS standards. The QIC Coordinator will be responsible for the development and delivery of comprehensive induction and ongoing education programmes, incident management, development of relevant policies and procedures along with reporting.
About you
You will demonstrate a strong background in the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs focused on active support, human rights, and practice excellence with a focus on supporting people with complex needs. You will also have experience in policy and procedure development along with maintaining client record systems to ensure operational excellence.
In addition, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience (disability / ageing / mental health / youth or relevant discipline)
- Certificate IV Training Assessment with the ability to confidently deliver effective and engaging group and 1:1 training and develop high quality written training materials.
- Experience in delivering continuous quality improvement actives the provision of effective feedback, and the development of compliance resources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation and process
- Detail oriented with strong organisational and project management skills
