Established 15 years ago, CleanSight’s vision is to lead the advancement and delivery of low-cost renewable energy outcomes, with a mission to reduce risk and add value, through remote intelligence. Our team consists of around 15 people.

Working closely with our senior management team, partners and external accountant and tax advisors, this role will focus on the efficient and effective financial management of CleanSight’s diversified interests in provision of equipment, services and project equity.

The Management Accountant will be a diverse role responsible for:

Corporate:

financial management, including analysis and forecasting;

financial reporting;

company secretary activities.

Project and service specific:

budget management, cashflow forecast and cost control;

revenue compliance including invoicing;

capital cost estimation, budgeting and optimisation;

business stream / project financial modelling;

management of third party advisors;

time and expense management;

payroll for team of 15.

You will be part of a small dynamic and flexible team. You must be flexible, nimble, challenge ideas and be creative to get the job done, whilst continually assessing critical paths and managing legal, financing and delivery risks.

You must be capable of building systems and processes to efficiently support the business and support compliance.

Requirements

The Management Accountant must have:

minimum of 10 years of accounting or finance experience

minimum Bachelor degree, preferably in related disciplines including accounting or finance

experience in a manufacturing, service or other project delivery type business;

an interest and focus on:

compliance

risk management

commercial outcomes

stock management

strong skills in Xero, Xero Projects and Excel

a structured approach

excellent report writing and communication skills

strong attention to detail

ability to work effectively in team environment

ability to build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders

highly developed skills across Microsoft Office suite, including Project, Excel and Word.

ability to work effectively and professionally with diverse cultures

long term residence rights in Australia

valid driver’s license
