We are seeking an experienced Driller to support our production team in delivering safe, efficient, and high quality drilling outcomes.

Reporting to the Drill & Blast Supervisor, you will play a key role in achieving mine plans through accurate and consistent drilling activities.

THE ROLE

• Operating blast hole drills to deliver planned production targets
• Ensuring drilling is completed safely, efficiently, and to design specifications
• Conducting pre-starts, inspections, and routine equipment care
• Working closely with the Drill & Blast team to optimise patterns and productivity
• Maintaining a strong commitment to safety, environmental, and compliance standards

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience operating rotary blast hole drills in an open cut mining environment
• High commitment to safety and team-based work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow drilling designs
• Flexibility to work within rostered shifts and changing priorities
