Salary - $200,000 - $250,000 + super

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technically complex projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Manage stakeholders including clients, consultants, and subcontractors, building strong and lasting relationships
• Oversee project programming, risk management, and contract administration
• Drive a culture of safety, precision, and teamwork across all project teams
• Mentor and guide site staff, setting clear expectations and supporting professional growth

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on either health, education, laboratories, defence or airport projects
• Strong track record of delivering projects between $5m – $30m+
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure, making sound decisions when it matters most
• Ambitious, team-focused, and motivated to build a long-term career with a progressive contractor
