I'm currently working on an exciting opportunity with one of the world's most respected luxury menswear houses, and we're looking for a Full-Time Sales Advisor to join the team at their flagship Collins Street boutique.

This is a fantastic role for someone with experience in premium or luxury retail who thrives in a client-focused environment and has a genuine passion for delivering elevated service. The brand is known globally for its refined craftsmanship, elegant Ready-to-Wear collections, and bespoke Made-to-Measure services.

About the Role:

This position is all about building long-term relationships with clients, offering tailored styling advice, and contributing to a high-performing sales culture within a beautifully curated store environment. You'll be working with a close-knit and supportive team, with ongoing training and a clear path for growth.

What We're Looking For:

Fluent English is essential

Mandarin is highly desirable; Indonesian would also be a great asset

Strong experience in luxury or premium fashion retail

A polished, professional presentation and confident communication style

Availability to work weekends (with two consecutive weekdays off)

A team-first attitude with a genuine interest in fashion and tailoring

Salary & Benefits:

Base Salary: $58,000-$60,000 + Super

Commission:

1.5% on Ready-to-Wear sales

1.8% on Made-to-Measure sales

Monthly team pool commission (up to $400/month)

Quarterly bonus incentives tied to 3 key performance metrics
