As an experienced educator, you exude passion for the early years and view each child as an individual. You will be responsible for providing support to the children and fellow Educators to ensure exceeding quality practices and compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) With ongoing access to professional development and promotional opportunities as the organisation grows!

The Service

Simba Education – Brookvale

Our Brookvale service caters for up to 68 children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. It features four inviting learning rooms and three large, well-equipped outdoor play areas, offering a nurturing environment that encourages development, creativity, and active learning.

About the role

Foster a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Create a secure, welcoming space that supports learning and development.

Active Supervision: Always ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children through proactive supervision.

Build Relationships: Foster respectful and nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Contribute to Service Growth: Collaborate with your team, families, and the broader community to support continuous improvement.

About you

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates

Paid Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Child Protection certificate

Safe Sleep and Food Safety (desirable)

National Police Check (obtained within the last 6 months) or willingness to obtain.
