Your Role as a Casual Educator
You'll play an important part in ensuring our early childhood services remain responsive, inclusive, and child focused. As part of our relief team, you will:
- Support and deliver high-quality programs for children aged 0–5 years
- Work collaboratively across multiple services as needed
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and team members
- Promote inclusive practices and children’s voices
- Follow policies, procedures, and maintain compliance under the National Quality Framework
- Reflect a deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Bring energy, reliability, and a genuine passion for early childhood education
What You’ll Need
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- NSW Working with Children Check
- Valid First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to grow professionally
