Retail Sales Consultant

About the Candidate

The right candidate should be a well presented team player who is willing to provide an exceptional customer experience, is comfortable and proficient with computers and technology, and is pro-active, ambitious and eager to learn and develop their skills beyond just the standard retail role.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Working alongside customers to help them realise their design needs, generate sales opportunities and develop lasting professional relationships

Working alongside architects, designers and other industry leaders

Visual merchandising & showroom maintenance

Administration duties & tasks (phone calls, data entry etc)

Skills and experience

Any retail sales experience will be viewed favourably

An interest in design, home renovation or building products is advantageous

Availability to work 5 days per week – including Saturday (We are closed Sundays) *

Clear communication (both written and verbal) and good presentation skills
