What you will do
The Education and Integrity portfolio brings together both education compliance and education programs within a single division. It is responsible for promoting and upholding educational integrity and compliance, strategic program delivery and supporting the enrichment and development of the Victorian Catholic education system.
The Education Programs and Support team is responsible for the financial administration, management, and governance of statewide education programs, grants, and partnerships for Catholic schools.
The Officer, Education Programs Support, will play a central role in coordinating sector wide strategic programs and policies, and managing and evaluating grant programs that support educational improvement and the provision of services.
What you’ll bring
With strong organisational skills and a collaborative approach, you will bring experience coordinating projects, funding allocations, and compliance requirements within an education or grant-funded environment.
Your skills in record-keeping, contract administration, and report preparation will be key as you support sector-wide initiatives, prepare briefings and correspondence, and maintain accurate documentation in line with governance standards.
You’ll be confident engaging with stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and ensuring information flows seamlessly between partners, boards, and leadership teams.
Your ability to balance attention to detail with proactive problem-solving will make you a valued contributor to delivering programs that benefit Catholic schools across Victoria.
Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of two years’ experience in education project management or a related field.
Appropriate tertiary qualifications in a related field is desirable.
Experience working in Education or related field advantageous.
Ability to work in time-pressured situations, contributing positively to a team environment whilst seamlessly shifting to independent work.
Must hold and maintain a valid Victorian driver's license.
