About the role

We are looking for a team player who is happy and energetic, with a passion for achieving exceptional sales results and providing a superior customer service experience. You will need to make a great first impression, be able to engage with people from different walks of life and be experienced in the sales lifecycle, from qualifying customers to closing the deal. This role will be based at our Marleston showroom.

Strong administrative skills and razor-sharp attention to detail

The ability to work to KPI’s and sales budgets.

Essential Criteria

Proven retail sales experience (2-3 years min)

Ability to manage every aspect of customer service

The ability to read and interpret basic plans

Knowledge of kitchen design and trends

An interest in, or experience working in, the home renovation industry.

A professional phone manner

Strong computer literacy skills.

This position will be offered on a full-time basis, with some weekend work required.

You will be provided with comprehensive training in kitchen design and quoting, and you will be rewarded for your efforts with a generous incentive scheme.
