A Nursing Role That Feels Like Home

We’re hiring two Registered Nurses to join our team in a setting that feels nothing like traditional aged care.

You’ll be providing truly person-centred care - with the time, trust, and support to build genuine relationships with residents.

Your focus? Maintaining wellness, autonomy and quality of life. You’ll also support Personal Care Assistants, liaise with families, and play a key role in care planning and decision-making.

Full-time position: (6:30am – 3:00pm) or Casual position: Morning (6:30am-3:00pm), Afternoon (2:30pm-11:00pm), or Overnight Shifts (10:30pm-7:00am)

Bring Your Skills & Lead With Heart

We’re looking for nurses who bring both clinical strength and warmth to the table.

You’ll need:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Minimum 3 years’ nursing experience in Australia or New Zealand

A calm, confident approach to aged care or community health

The ability to manage medication, wound care, and chronic health needs

Comfort leading a shift and supporting a multidisciplinary care team

If you’ve worked in hospital or aged care settings, you’ll appreciate what makes this role different: the freedom, the connection, the pace, and the purpose.
