THE ROLE
As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will partner with your Project Manager to deliver projects from inception through to completion. Key duties will include:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing and submitting RFIs, progress claims, and project documentation
• Attending site meetings and producing detailed financial reports
• Procuring materials and subcontractor pricing at competitive rates
• Communicating effectively with all stakeholders – site teams, architects, and subcontractors
• Breaking down, vetting, and awarding subcontractor packages
• Managing and assessing variation claims from subcontractors
• Overseeing project compliance across multiple systems and platforms

YOU

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in delivering commercial projects
• Preference for local experience within Victoria
• Proficient in construction systems (Procore, Hammertech advantageous)
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to run multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster lasting relationships with clients, consultants, trades, and subcontractors
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, supportive, and professional environment
