About the role

TOOTHSAVERS' is seeking an experienced Oral Health Therapist to join our dedicated team in Mount Annan and Narellan offices in Sydney South west region. We are seeking two candidates one casual and one full time As Oral Health Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. This is a flexible, hands-on position that will allow you to utilise your expertise in preventative dentistry, dental hygiene, and restorative treatment.

What you'll be doing

Perform comprehensive oral examinations and develop customised treatment plans for patients

Provide a range of preventative dental services, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments

Administer local anaesthesia and assist dentists with restorative procedures, such as fillings and crowns

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and facilitate individual treatment compliance

Maintain detailed patient records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care

What we're looking for

Registered Oral Health Therapist

Excellent clinical skills in preventative dentistry, restorative treatments, and patient education

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with patients of all ages

Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic, patient-focused dental team

Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work a casual schedule as required

Casual position availability Monday ,Wednesday,Thursday and alternate Saturdays

Full time position availability required is Monday to Thursday and a Saturday.
