About the Role
In this role, you will play an integral part in promoting oral health and wellness within the community. The practice values preventative care, patient education, and offers a healthy work-life balance. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with patients, educating them on their oral health and building long-lasting relationships.
Our practice will invest in expert mentorship and training to enhance your knowledge and skills. You'll be equipped to implement and embrace the Larkin Protocol as part of your clinical skillset, undertaking leading-edge microscopic oral health analysis to empower patients to actively engage in protecting their oral health and systemic health.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be an enthusiastic, proactive, and personable Oral Health Therapist / Hygienist who thrives on patient interaction and is passionate about preventative care. You should have:
AHPRA Registration & Australian working rights
Excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach
A genuine passion for patient education and fostering trust-based relationships
A desire to relocate to the beautiful coastal town
A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing high-quality care
