Senior Credit Manager

The Role The Senior Credit Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of the credit function, including:

• Overseeing and refining all credit assessment processes
• Working across low-doc, non-NCCP, and complex mortgage transactions
• Designing and implementing AI-driven credit workflows
• Playing a central role in risk management and credit policy
• Partnering directly with founders and senior leadership
• Helping shape and scale the credit function to support growth
