We are looking for a passionate Senior Psychologist (Paediatric) to join our foundation team.

The Role

This is a hybrid role designed to work around your lifestyle and career goals. You’ll have the opportunity to shape services across:

• Outreach: Support children in schools, kinders, and the community.

• Clinic: Deliver 1:1 and group therapy in our modern allied health hubs.

• Telehealth: Provide accessible care to families across Victoria.

You’ll also have the chance to mentor provisional psychologists and assistants, influence service design, and be part of a company that values innovation and clinician wellbeing.

About You

Fully registered psychologist with AHPRA

Experience (or strong interest) in working with children, teens, and families

Passionate about making early intervention accessible and family-centred
