We’re currently seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners and Provisional Psychologists to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

What You’ll Do
Client-Centred Support
Deliver individualised behaviour and psycho-social support to NDIS participants, enhancing quality of life and reducing challenging behaviours.
Dynamic Intervention
Conduct assessments, develop personalised treatment plans, and provide one-on-one therapy.
Collaborative Impact
Work closely with a compassionate team, engage with stakeholders, and lead training sessions to improve client outcomes.
Continuous Professional Growth
Participate in regular internal and external supervision, peer support catchups, and ongoing professional development.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner ID (Core, Proficient, or Advanced) preferred.
Experience & Passion
Demonstrated interest in PBS and experience working with NDIS participants. Experience in the disability sector is highly valued.
Skills
Strong communication, report-writing, and time-management skills. Ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
Requirements
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
Working with Children (WWC) Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Completion of NDIS Orientation Module & Infection Control Training
AHPRA registration (for Provisional Psychologists)
