PSG are partnering with a leading mining services organisation who are preparing to go live with a major ERP implementation. To support this critical stage, they are seeking a Business Analyst to join their project team on a 3 to 4 month contract.

The Role

Working as part of the ERP project team, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery. You will ensure requirements are clearly defined, testing is executed effectively, and the system is fully prepared for go-live. You will support system integration, release processes, and environment management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate business processes and ERP requirements
• Support system configuration, testing, and defect resolution
• Work with DevOps teams on release cycles, environments, and deployment processes
• Assist with UAT, training, and change readiness activities
• Act as the link between project managers, business units, and technical teams

About You

• Proven track record as a Business Analyst on ERP implementations
• Supply Chain experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, release management, and system environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment, delivering to tight deadlines
• Mining/resources sector experience highly regarded
