Empire Spa and Retreat is seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Therapist to join our elite team. As one of WA’s most tranquil and stylish boutique spas, we are committed to delivering nurturing treatments that reflect our guests’ desire for luxury, care and results.

This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a calm, guest-centric environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional treatments that align with our holistic ethos. You will play a vital role in delivering tailored treatments while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, care, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of expert massage and beauty treatments with consistency and care

Confident in using booking software, processing payments and emailing guests.

Confidently recommend suitable treatments and retail products to meet client needs

Maintain treatment rooms and spa spaces to the highest hygiene and presentation standards

Support the team with cleaning, restocking, and fast, efficient room turnovers

Handle guest enquiries and appointment bookings when required

Meet and exceed retail sales goals with integrity and personalised advice

Work weekends and show flexibility to support business operations

Be a proactive problem-solver who adapts quickly to changing client needs

Manage your time effectively to ensure a seamless guest journey

Requirements:

A Diploma or Certificate IV in Massage and/or Beauty Therapy

1–2 years of experience in a spa, salon, or wellness centre (preferred)

Excellent hands-on treatment skills and strong product knowledge

A caring, calming presence and strong communication abilities

Reliable individual that makes things happen and finds solutions

High standards of personal grooming and professional presentation

Efficiency, initiative, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

A genuine love of wellness and a drive to provide exceptional guest experiences

Must be available to work weekends, particularly Saturdays, as well as additional days in the week and have flexibility to cover when needed
