Your new role

As a Concrete Labourer, you will play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality concreting solutions that support the company's reputation for precision, innovation, and client-focused service. The primary responsibility of this position is screeding, ensuring concrete is levelled and finished to exacting standards, while also assisting with basic labouring tasks such as site preparation, mixing, pouring, and clean-up. Working as part of a skilled and collaborative team, you will contribute directly to residential projects, helping to create durable and visually impressive outcomes such as driveways, paths, slabs, steps, and retaining walls. This role is integral to maintaining the company's commitment to craftsmanship, reliability, and long-lasting results. What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven ability to screed concrete to a high standard
• Experience in general concreting labouring tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable and punctual with a consistent work ethic
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour in outdoor environments
• Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively within a team
• Driver's licence and reliable transport to reach various residential sites
