We are currently seeking an experienced HR Driver / Front Lift Operator to join our team, Monday-Friday basis. Shifts commence at 5:00am and run for approximately 10-12 hours per day.

Working within the packaging and recycling sector, you will be responsible for operating garbage trucks and completing recycling collections across the Melbourne metropolitan area and out to Gippsland. This is a varied role and will require you to assist in all aspects of the recycling operation as needed.

Duties:

• Operate Front Lift trucks for scheduled recycling waste collections
• Complete pre-start checks and ensure vehicle is maintained to safety standards
• Follow route schedules efficiently and report any delays or issues
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and site supervisors
• Adhere to all site safety protocols, including PPE and hazard identification

To be successful:

• Valid HR Truck Licence
• Minimum 6-12 months HR driving
• Strong reliability and commitment to early morning starts
• Driving history report required
• Physically fit with the ability to safely enter and exit the vehicle repeatedly throughout the shift
