The Registered Nurse is responsible for the implementation of the Philosophy, Objectives and Policies of the Aged Care Facility and is accountable to the CN/Site Manager.

The position demands a professional role model who is capable of planning, organizing and leading staff in an Aged Care environment which aims to meet standards set by the Federal Government.

Participate in continuing education programs both within the Facility and external courses.

Provide staff with effective leadership.

Act as a role model.
