Vital Vibes Healthcare Agency is seeking passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our growing team, delivering high-quality aged care services across Adelaide and rural South Australia.

We offer multiple roles—including permanent full-time, part-time, and casual positions—with ongoing rural shifts and flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle.

💼 What You'll Be Doing

Delivering compassionate, person-centred nursing care in aged care facilities

Assessing residents’ health and developing tailored care plans

Administering medications and monitoring clinical outcomes

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimise resident wellbeing

Documenting care and reporting on health progress

Maintaining safe, hygienic environments that support dignity and comfort

👩‍⚕️ What We're Looking For

Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (RN or EN)

Experience in aged care or similar clinical settings (new grads welcome!)

Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to best-practice care

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to travel and support rural placements

Dedication to compassionate, person-centred care
