Role requirements:

Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) Essential(International Drivers licences will not be considered)

Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work- Essential

Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements - Essential

General nursing experience, post-registration

Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills

Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously

Your part in our BlueCare team

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be working alongside our Registered Nurses, providing person-centred care to your clients, ensuring a safe environment within the home and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include:

Documenting and updating care plans in line with emerging assessments

Medication and wound management

Assisting clients with activities of daily living and recreational activities

Helping clients to participate in the community by providing social support

Aiding other care staff and health professionals

Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members
