DAILY Blooms is all about finding the beauty in the daily.

Growing from a bud of a business in 2014, to now, a blossoming team of flower enthusiasts, we’re the original experts in letting everyday bloom with fresh, premium-sourced, and beautifully curated bouquets that change daily.

We pride ourselves on delivering a seamless and joyful experience to all customers – and we mirror that in our work environment too.

A bit about the role...

This is an exciting opportunity to join Daily Blooms floristry team.

As a Daily Blooms Florist, you won’t just be carefully crafting bespoke, hand tied bouquets, but will be dedicated to delivering delight to every recipient, every time.

Reporting to the Floristry Manager, you’ll strive to meet and exceed daily bouquet targets with pace and efficiency, and in doing so, will be integral to our collective success.

We use premium sourced, seasonal blooms in our beautiful bouquets, and we need talented florists to bring them together!

If you worked here this past month, here are just some of the things you might have been involved in...

Utilising your exceptional Floristry expertise to select premium flowers and foliage and craft sophisticated bouquets and arrangements

Carefully and efficiently hand-tying over 40 bespoke, beautiful bouquets in one day

Receiving and unpacking boxes of flowers and foliage, crates of wrapping supplies and gift packaging materials

Undertaking the less glamorous side of floristry, like sweeping floors, preparing wet wrapping stations, filling buckets of water and organising trolleys, etc

Monitoring stock levels of flowers and foliage and liaising with our Floristry Manager, to organise replenishment

Collaborating closely with our Floristry Leaders to ensure our stock quality and quantities are aligned with incoming order levels

A bit about you...

You really, really, really love hand-tied bouquets

You take pride in your craft and are passionate about creating joyful experiences for our customers and their loved ones through beautiful blooms. Through years of experience, you know that the care and love that goes into bouquets is what sets them apart and keeps customers coming back. You’re confident creating hand-tied arrangements and just really love doing it!

You know that knowledge = power

Your creative, ambitious nature has led you to refine your technical skills through a couple of years of industry experience. You’re equipped with a Certificate III in Floristry and know how to apply that knowledge practically.

Double time is your standard

You are driven and dedicated and love having a big, audacious goal to work towards. For you, there’s something especially satisfying about smashing a target for the day and doing it with style & sophistication. You thrive in fast paced environments where you can showcase your quick, efficient work ethic and feed off the bright, energetic people around you.

You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty

You understand that behind the scenes, it’s never as glamourous as it looks. You’re willing to roll up your sleeves to help in any way needed – from unpacking pallets, to prepping foliage and filling buckets. We’re growing quickly, so we need people who are willing to jump in, be dynamic, agile and grow with us!
